We received requests, mostly from friends of the church who live out of state, to post the pledge cards online to allow you to print them at home and submit them. The link below will allow you to download a .pdf of two pledge cards. Print the pages, submit one of the cards, then keep the other card to remind you to pray for this awesome ministry opportunity!
